We start with whole kernel white corn, which we cook and grind ourselves. We oven bake the chips, then quick-fry them in organic palm olein oil (fresh oil, every batch) for extra crispness. Finally, we sprinkle them with a dash of sea salt from an ancient seabed in modern-day Utah.

The Best!

I’ve tried many different chips in my day and these are, by far, the best I’ve ever had! Very fresh, light, and perfectly salted. This was my first time trying your brand and I will now have to try the salsa. I have a feeling I won’t be disappointed.

My favorite corn chip

I love these chips. I've been choosing them for fifteen or more years. They are great plain, with salsa or picante sauce, cheese dip, or my favorite with cheese melted over them (with cilantro and black pepper preferably). In comparison with other corn chips, they are salted more lightly, and with sea salt The best part is that they are non GMO.
